Recently Vivo launched Vivo V40 & Vivo V40 Pro and now Vivo V40e smartphone spotted in both the BIS certification and Geekbench listings, indicating its imminent launch.
Vivo V40e BIS Certification Details
The BIS certification confirms that Vivo is gearing up to launch a new smartphone in India, identified by the model number V2403. This model was previously found in the IMEI database and Bluetooth SIG listings, which also revealed its name as the Vivo V40e. In addition to the V2403, two other Vivo models, V2422 and V2430, were spotted in the BIS certification. The V2422 model has been linked to the Vivo Y200 Plus 5G, as per its IMEI database entry.
Geekbench Performance Insights
According to the Geekbench listing, the Vivo V40e has posted scores of 1028 points in single-core and 2938 points in multi-core tests.
The smartphone is expected to be powered by an octa-core processor with a maximum clock speed of 2.5 GHz, likely the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC. This chipset combines four Cortex A78 cores at 2.5GHz and four Cortex A55 cores at 2.0GHz and will be paired with up to 8GB of RAM. The device will run Android 14 with Vivo’s Funtouch OS 14 layered on top.
